In 2010, SaTT took it upon itself to develop this 3D model from a single schematic hand-drawn sketch plan to illustrate the cost-effectiveness of BIM technology. The hand-drawn sketch was by a director of an established architectural firm.

Compared with the traditional design process, the initial design up to Stage 3 of the RIBA Plan of Works was completed at a third of the time and with half of the resources, this planning proposal also included three variations.

SaTT delivered a complete set of general arrangement drawings including perspective views and high-quality images. This proposal also helped to generate interest from other potential clients.
